Description:
​​The purpose of this role is to improve the health of the people of Te Hiku o Te Ika. This will be achieved through the provision of effective, acceptable, and accessible care to the client and whānau, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and in partnership with the community served.

​

This role includes developing and running successful community support initiatives which increase the knowledge, awareness and ability of individuals and whanau to live well with cancer, in collaboration with the CSN team.
