Born near Rotorua's lakes, shaped by the community of Turanganui a Kiwa and with blood stretching from Waiariki, Taranaki and Tairāwhiti. I'm deeply connected to Aotearoa's heritage. As technology transitioned from the VHS era to today's advanced tools, I've closely evolved alongside it, embracing each change.
With a keen interest in the intersection between technology, art, health, and society, I recognised the pivotal role of communication in bridging these domains. This realisation led me to hone my skill set in visual communications, videography, photography, design, digital art and storytelling. I approach leadership with intuition, have a strong grasp on the evolving capabilities of technology, and love a good laugh.
Rooted in kaupapa Māori values, I advocate for Tino Rangatiratanga and the Treaty of Waitangi. At Te Hiku Hauora, under Maria's guidance, I'm dedicated to strengthening communications with the iwi, hapū, and whānau o Te Hiku o Te Ika, always valuing the importance of whanaungatanga.
