An online portal can be used to book appointments with your GP, request a repeat prescription, check lab results, see your health information and communicate more easily with your GP practice.
Patient portals are like online banking for health and are also available as an app on your mobile phone.
Registration is easy, just pop into any of their three clinics, see the reception team and sign up over the counter.
Patients need to be over 16 years of age and have their own unique email address.
